Who runs this site
Group Health Insurance Broker (grouphealthinsurancebroker.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, who is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.
Group Health Insurance Broker is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a local licensed benefits broker, who pays us for the introduction.
What the form collects
When you use the quote form we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
- the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
- your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to
What we use it for
We use your details to find a local licensed benefits broker who can help with your enquiry. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.
We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your enquiry.
If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the enquiry is not completed.
We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.
Who sees it
Your details go to:
- the licensed benefits broker we name to you, and only after you agree
- the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data
How long we keep it
We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the enquiry without those details, so we can count how many enquiries the site receives.
Your rights over it
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 45 days.

Cookies and visit counts
We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Privacy rights for US residents
Because a broker pays us for each introduction, certain state laws class the transfer of your contact details as a "sale" or "share". Use our do not sell or share page, or email us, to opt out whenever you like. Each request is logged with the date we dealt with it.
Your state may also give you rights to see the personal information we hold on you, to correct or erase it, and to use those rights without being penalized. Nothing you send is used for targeted advertising. This service is for businesses, and we do not knowingly take information from anyone under 16.
How we keep proof of consent
Claims under US calling and texting laws can be brought years later, so for five years we keep evidence of your consent: the phone number, the time you submitted the form, your IP address, the page and the consent wording shown to you. Your name, email and form answers are erased on the normal schedule above.
